Building with loam and trass lime

Trass lime
Trass lime is a mixture of hydrated lime or marsh lime and ground trass, i.e. a natural pozzolan that sets in combination with water.
Renovations
In Switzerland and Central Europe, clay was also often used for building. Renovation work must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the preservation order is essential to protect this cultural asset.
Swiss rammed earth
Rammed earth is an earth-moist mixture of clay, silt, sand and gravel, which is rammed into a wall formwork layer by layer and without any further additives and which dries out in the air after direct stripping. Leka floor coverings

In dry construction, prefabricated clay panels can adequately replace the base plaster or environmentally harmful gypsum boards.
