Architect Jasmin Sharif Neistani planned and realized the comprehensive renovation of an apartment in Höngg, Zurich. The rooms underwent a complete refurbishment and were given a modern, architecturally contemporary expression through the use of clay plaster.

LEHMAG AG supervised the clay construction and was responsible for the plastering work in particular. Load-bearing concrete walls were first given a primer, followed by a leveling plaster with LEHMWERK products. The final coat was a light-colored finishing plaster, which was textured and washed off with a sponge.
