OLEANDERWEG

The multi-generation house in Jona, planned by STUDIO NOUN, is characterized by its sustainable construction. The building is a solid wood construction, completely without plastics, with photovoltaics and solar thermal energy on the roof, which is optimized for energy generation. The use of clay panels and clay plaster in the interior also follows this concept. These are also integrated into the active heat regulation and simultaneously function as component activation and contribute to the regulation of humidity. LEHMAG carries out all the plastering work, lays clay panels and acts as an expert on material issues relating to clay.
