Ilg & Santer Architects were able to add a property to their office space in Zurich Niederdorf. A listed building in a prominent location was carefully renovated with clay plastered walls. The walls are magnetically designed for future use so that plans can be hung on them later. Following the existing terracotta floor, a colour-matched lime terrazzo floor was realised, which fits harmoniously into the existing building with a concrete frame.
