Our rammed earth mixtures consist of excavated earth from construction sites and meet the highest standards of aesthetics and material properties, developed by LEHMAG AG. We prefer to use regional materials that are carefully processed and thus fed into the economic cycle instead of landfill. On request, we can also use our own soil from excavated foundations or cellars. After analysis and testing, the result is a building with a strong local connection.
Origin
Clay is a mixture of clay, silt and sand and, in some cases, stones, which is primarily the result of weathering, erosion and sedimentation of rock. Clay is therefore available almost everywhere in the world in different colors and compositions.
Pure form
Rammed earth in its purest form - directly from excavated soil without additives. In this way, the earth remains completely regenerative. This construction method is the mostCO2and energy-saving form and creates a pleasant, healthy indoor climate thanks to its positive hygroscopic, thermal, acoustic and olfactory properties.
